Returns & Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 14 days after receiving your order, subject to applicable law and the conditions below.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
• Items should include original tags and packaging where applicable.
• Proof of purchase or the order number is required.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

Refunds

Once an eligible return or issue has been reviewed and approved, the applicable refund is processed to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 10 business days after approval, plus any additional time required by the payment provider or bank.

European Union

Where applicable under EU consumer law, customers in the European Union retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
